Iceberg and Romaine lettuce with pickle jicama, tomato wedges, cucumber, red onion julienne and black beans with creamy tomato cumin vinaigrette topped with tortilla strips

Achiote rubbed chicken Yucatan on white bean chili, Spanish rice with fresh tomato, cilantro, garlic and cumin, refried beans topped with melted cheese and grilled scallions

Caramel flan with fruit and berries, coffee, iced tea, soft drinks and water
